A101 Group implemented the system of automatic quality control of construction works of Stroycontrol

A101 Group implemented a software package of Stroycontrol in the system of information services of Group. It is developed by the Russian company "Mobile Solutions for Construction", allows to automate process of quality control of the performed installation and construction works and to reduce project deadlines due to operational elimination of notes.

A101 Group adapted a product for own needs, integrated it into own IT landscape and already tested at construction of residential complexes "Spanish quarters", Scandinavia and White nights in Nova Moskve.

The main task of a complex – transfer of communications between the builder and his contractors in a cloud service. A common information space for all participants of construction actually abolishes "paper work" regarding claims activities with contractors.

Engineers of construction supervision check quality of a bricklaying, the device of seams, a laying of internal walls and other works. They fix all the notes in special mobile application of Stroycontrol, appoint responsible and the term of remedial action, photos or video attach materials. The program sends responsible adequate notices at once, monitors an adherence to deadlines, and after completion of works creates the response notification with photoconfirmation.

"If on execution of instructions earlier to contractors hours left, then now it takes minutes. Having excluded time spent for a design we saw "net" time of correction of a problem by the contractor. Before implementation of Stroycontrol lifecycle of the instruction, from the moment of detection of a problem until its elimination, averaged 5 days. In 6 months after use of the program we came to a steady indicator 2 days", – the CIO of A101 Group Tsygankov Dmitry told.

Besides, participants have constructions, including the management of all levels, continuous access from any mobile device to the relevant project documentation and also information on the events which are taking place on a building site appears.

"In passing we accumulate Big Data on contractors, we analyze and we compare everyone by the number of the registered notes, speed of their elimination and other parameters. It gave us new management tools quality", – Dmitry Tsygankov noted.
