CFT-TsFT-Gosuslugi

The adapter of CFT-Gosuslugi from the City System provides interaction of an information system of the organization with GIS GMP in the formats required SIEI.

The solution provides support of means of the electronic digital signature according to requirements SIEI and on the basis of the prepared XML-requests allows to obtain without delay information on presence of charges at the applicant and to provide information on the taken place payment in GIS GMP.

2018: Registration of clients in a Single biometric system

The Center of Financial Technologies company provided on June 13, 2018 "Registration of Clients in a Single Biometric System" service within a product of CFT-Gosuslugi. Service is developed taking into account requirements of the federal law No. 482-FZ regulating the mechanism of remote identification of the client of credit institution.

In day of start of service in the test mode the license for a product and the automated workplace of the cash desk operator were received by 10 banks. Requests for connection to the solution of CFT from a number of the credit institutions which are in process of acquisition of the equipment for removal of biometric data are also accepted.

The solution of CFT automates processes of formation of requests and obtaining answers of a Single biometric system and the Unified identification and authentication system on the basis of client data. Thus, credit institutions will be able to accept and process statements of clients on biometric registration, to remove biometric samples and to send them for registration. Verification of collected biometric data is executed using Library of quality control of the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation.

For the client of financial institution registration in EBS is a single write operation of the biometric data: voice messages and the photo, with the subsequent possibility of their use for online access to a set of banking services: from opening of accounts and deposits before receiving the credits. For this purpose it is enough to have the personal computer, the tablet, the mobile phone or any other device with Internet connection.

The provided functionality of a product of CFT-Gosuslugi regarding registration of clients in EBS gives to banks the chance to fully fulfill the requirements of the federal legislation, emphasized in CFT. Use of technologies of remote identification on the basis of biometrics will allow in the long term credit institutions to attract far off new clients, to increase a share of online transactions, to reduce maintenance costs of a branch network.

In 2013 specialists of CFT company develop the integration solution for interaction of the City system with the State information system about the state and municipal payments (GIS GMP) — the complex adapter of CFT-Gosuslugi.
