WiseSoil

Product
Developers: Bioenergy

In 2018 Bioenergy, portfolio company of Fund of sowing investments RVC which developed WiseSoil technology for optimization of work of biogas installations expanded a lineup. Production of a macerator — the device intended for homogenization and also crushing of fibrous biomass in industrial conditions with a performance up to 20 m3 per hour is started. The macerator will allow the main module WiseSoil to work with wider list of raw materials, including straw.

"The Bioenergiya company was created by scientists from Yekaterinburg in 2014 together with FPI RVC for commercialization of WiseSoil technology. The modules WiseSoil were purchased by consumers from the USA, Great Britain, South Korea, Finland, Kazakhstan and Russia.

The product of the company should expand applicability of the module of preparation of WiseSoil biomass for different types of raw materials that will allow the company to scale significantly sales" — Anton Vasilyev, the executive investment director of Infrafond RVC — management company of Fund of sowing investments commented.

The first industrial sample will be sent this month for testing of the English company Shear Energy. Earlier it purchased the main module WiseSoil for preparation of the biomass given to biogas installation for processing of organic waste. Use of technology accelerates process of processing of raw materials in the reactor, increases production of a useful product — biogas. Main competitors of Bioenergy — the European companies Lehmann Maschinenbau, Hielscher, Weber Entec. These are the large companies, incomparable in terms of the scope of with the Ekaterinburg startup. However, any of competitors does not use the technological solutions proposed and patented by the Russian company.

"Difference of WiseSoil technology — multistaging of influence by preparation of raw materials for biogas installation. The module not just crushes biomass, and subjects it to the hydrodynamic influence destroying intercellular membranes removes oxygen — it allows bacteria in the reactor more effectively to process raw materials. The second stage — saturation by microbubbles that allows raw materials to mix up better, improves a power supply of microflora in the biogas reactor. During processing of raw materials in the biogas reactor biogas is selected, at its burning it is possible to receive heat and the electric power. The second product WiseSoil is installed after the biogas reactor and allows to separate liquid waste of the biogas reactor into water and the dry fertilizer saturated with microelements and humic connections" — the CEO of Bioenergiya LLC Smotritsky Alexander told
