2017: Process automation of a training and adaptation of employees in the WebTutor system

In December, 2017 process automation of a training and adaptation of employees in the WebTutor system was let into Four Claws companies. 3 system modules of WebTutor are used: 'System of distance learning', Training center and Webinars. Their combination allowed to automate such educational processes as complex passing of electronic rates and tests, the organization of resident instruction and webinars. Except use of basic modules also non-standard projects were implemented: the individual development plan for employees and the electronic plan of a training of employees (earlier such plans were made out in Word). The first project in the automatic mode accompanies process of entry of the employee into the company. The electronic plan of a training is a scheduler for the mentor and the trainee and also the instrument of control of process of a training in shop for the Managing director. Thus, all again accepted employees pass on the uniform template of training and development developed by training center which the mentor or the head can configure.
