Expansion of functionality of the designer of reports

On September 13, 2018 the fiscal data operator of OFD.ru announced expansion of functionality of the designer of reports for clients. In upgraded version users of the personal account of the client (PAC) had an opportunity to select from the report not only date of unloading of checks, since first day of work of cash desk, but also a time frame, a format of fiscal documents (1.0, 1.05, 1.1). The user of LKK can also select any type of the fiscal document: opening or closing of change, report on registration, re-registration, archiving of fiscal drives.

In reports it is possible to look at the amounts on each change separately and intermediate results on changes now. In the unloaded reports appeared links to checks into which it is possible to pass directly from the report. The functionality of the choice of cash desks is expanded. For those at whom a large number of the cash registers became more convenient to select and sort cash desks now.

Thanks to the carried-out upgrade of reports the speed of formation of any of them, even difficult and for a long time frame, considerably grew. Simple reports form for shares of seconds, waiting time of the difficult report - no more than a minute.

Start of the designer of reports for clients

OFD.RU fiscal data operator announced on June 14, 2018 start of the designer of reports for clients. Now any user of a personal account of OFD.RU who has appropriate rights can make in read seconds the necessary report of the offered parameters, create own template or unload the necessary file from the saved history.

The list of regular reports which can be created in one click included five document types. "The report on changes" which allows to control work of operators of cash desks is developed for senior cashiers, to see time of opening and closing of change, readiness of work of cash desks, the arising errors in operation of the equipment and many other things.

Accountants will be able to carry out reconciliation of fiscal documents and basic data on sales by means of the report Reconciliation. Up-to-date information about work of cash desks is provided in the report Monitoring and first of all will be useful to the engineers and technical specialists who are responsible for correctness of operation of the cash register equipment, consider in OFD.RU.

Information on the checks sent to clients with detailing can be seen in the SMS and e-mail in the report "Sending electronic checks to buyers". Outlets which pay a rental rate depending on turnover can quickly generate information on revenue for lessors by means of the report Lease that saves time and simplifies document flow.
