SkyWay Technologies optimizes business processes with the help 3DExperience

The Dassault Systèmes company announced on June 20, 2018 that the Belarusian engineering company Skyway Technologies Co. which specializes in development, construction and certification of the innovation transport systems implements platform 3DExperience for consolidation of opportunities of development, engineering, construction and production in a unified digital medium.

It is expected that implementation of platform 3DExperience will allow SkyWay Technologies to make decisions at the initial stages of project implementation, reducing time for development at the expense of data management in real time, ensuring electronic document management and also fall forward and quality of joint work between departments. The last stage of implementation is going to be completed in the spring of 2019.

SkyWay Technologies locates 15 design offices, two laboratories, experienced and experimental production and also the proving ground. Platform 3DExperience offers the unified joint environment integrating all participants of development process. It is supposed that Skyway Technologies design offices will interact and work jointly, using the complete and detailed project 3D model. This approach which received the name of "a uniform source of right data" will form a basis for accomplishment of all necessary tasks: the changes connected with products, creations of technical documentation and instructions for the automated machines or the order of serial products. It means that all changes performed in the project are displayed in real time and in final model that allows to detect and correct instantly any errors and discrepancies in the project, putting a faultless product in production. Besides, products will be traced also during operation, issuing the recommendations of maintenance or need of repair work.
