JSC Vedeniye reestrov kompaniy» (VRK) is the registrar rendering the services in 41 territorial subjects of the federation: both through own branches, and through network a transfer agents.
History
2017
2010 became for AO VRK year of high technologies: implementation of remote terminal access to the system of maintaining the register using modern means of communication began. Same year there began work the corporate Internet portal.
2016
In 2016 JSC VRK increased staff for rendering services in carrying out shareholder meetings, having created Corporate department that gave a new impulse to development of the direction of corporate consulting.
2008: Merger of All-provincial Logger LLC
At the end of 2008 JSC VRK absorbed All-provincial Logger LLC. At the same time installation on ensuring uninterrupted service of issuers and shareholders was sustained. Thus, JSC VRK strengthened the positions in the registratorsky market and expanded a branch network.
2000
Since 2000 Society was appointed authorized registrar of the Ministry of the property relations of the Russian Federation and also authorized registrar of the Government of Sverdlovsk region.
1997
Since 1997 AO VRK is included into self-regulatory organization Professional Association of Registrars, the Transfer agents and Depositaries (PARTAD) integrating most of registrars of the Russian Federation.
1994: Education
VRK Ltd is formed in September, 1994, during conversion of the state and municipal enterprises to joint-stock companies. Joint-stock companies were in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation obliged to create and maintain a register of the shareholders independently or to charge it to the specialized organization. Several large joint-stock companies addressed to investment company TEKSI-STOK LLC with the offer to sign the service provision agreement on maintaining the shareholder register. The need for these services was so big that this type of activity was selected and VRK Ltd is founded.
