2020: Formation of the first packet of the reporting

On March 2, 2020 Sintegro consulting reported that in VRK company the first packet of annual accounts was created in XBRL Factory to planned audit.

Cooperation of JSC VRK and Sintegro consulting began with the implementing solution "Sintegro OSBU" for automation of accounting. For automation of filling of the reporting in the XBRL format the company made the decision again to use a product of the developer - "XBRL Factory".

At the first stage of JSC VRK also 2 forms of supervising statistical reporting - minimum necessary packet of forms for delivery to the Bank of Russia stopped on setup of autocompletion of 4 main forms of accounting records.

For comfortable work with the reporting in the XBRL format of the minimum packet of forms, of course, it is not enough. We made the decision to continue the project, but before even more in detail to study the software market. As a result we were convinced that XBRL Factory is the most worked product in terms of methodology and completely meets our requirements, tells, the chief accountant of JSC VRK Vera Skurikhina

Cooperation was continued. Specialists of Sintegro consulting configured autocompletion of annual forms of the reporting, including the tables concerning calculations of income tax and disclosing analytical information of main articles of balance (only 42 BFO forms). Full reporting in the automatic mode using the XBRL Factory software product is result of cooperation.

2018: Implementation of XBRL Factory

The Sintegro consulting company announced on June 20, 2018 the implementing solution "XBRL Factory" for registrar "Maintaining Registers of the Companies". Based on the solution delivery of the obligatory reporting of the Central Bank in the XBRL format is regularly performed.

In March, 2018 as a result of the tender for the choice of IT software provider for transfer of financial information to the XBRL format the logger VRK stopped the choice on development of vendor of Sintegro consulting — the XBRL Factory program. The solution practically does not require costs at implementation, works with data bulk, differs in high performance, noted in Sintegro consulting.

Actually the project was implemented in one month. By preparation and submission of reports specialists of Sintegro consulting gave full methodological and technical support in the XBRL format to the staff of VRK.

In April, 2018 the first supervising statistical reporting in forms 0420410 and 0420411 was handed over. The accounting financial statements were configured in April, debugging of automatic filling of four BFO main forms (The Balance sheet, the Report on a financial result, the Report on changes of equity and the Report on cash flows) is carried also out.
