The Caradigm analytical company founded in 2011 proposes the solutions intended for public health care. Initially Caradigm was joint venture Microsoft and GE Healthcare, but in the spring of 2016 Microsoft sold the share to GE Healthcare company. The complex of programs Caradigm is intended for data analysis of health of the population and also coordination of work at all levels of health care, including the large integrated networks of suppliers, the accountable organizations and the academic medical centers.

Caradigm helps health facilities to adjust work for cost reduction and risks, thanks to the analysis of clinical, social and economic data.

History

2018: GE Healthcare sold Caradigm

On June 13, 2018 the American producer of the medical equipment GE Healthcare announced sale of Caradigm of Inspirata company — to the software developer on oncology who is based in Redmond, the State of Washington. Financial and other terms of transaction are not disclosed.

GE Healthcare sold software developer for Caradigm public health care

Heads of Inspirata say that they are going to use Caradigm for development of the analytical platform of data on oncology of Trust Information Data Trust (CIDT). It analyzes key trends in the field of the oncological help and provides to doctors, researchers and the staff of the oncological centers important new data for determination of a further way of development.

Besides, assure of Inspirata that will continue development of the Caradigm software package on the organizations of health care and work with the existing customer base. The president and the chief executive officer of Caradigm Neal Singh considers that Inspirata will be able to set for the staff of Caradigm new interesting challenges which will contribute to the further growth and the development of the company thanks to reasonable investments into technologies, infrastructure and people.[1]
