On June 21, 2018 it became known that Hot line of The First OFD company organized based on contact center of Servionica company registered a record, 200-thousand request. For 2 years specialists of Hot line helped already more than 120,000 Russian companies in problem solving connected with tax statements, document flow, operation of the cash equipment, consultations on 54-FZ and to other laws and regulations.
"Hot line" of the First OFD processes over 1,000 requests a week. It is complex service using which clients of the company can resolve the most difficult technical issues. As statistics shows, most often users address on Hot line on such subjects as document flow, replacement of the fiscal drive, additional services (the SMS, the CAP), a design of tax deduction and activation of the cash register equipment on a promo code. "Hot line" began work in 2016 with consultations on the forthcoming reform 54-FZ. For more effective organization of process it was decided to create Hot line based on large outsourcing contact center which has an opportunity to give support to users in all regions and time zones in the territory of the Russian Federation and specialists of necessary qualification in the state. By these criteria the contact center of Servionika was selected.
Cooperation with outsourcing call center of Servionika allowed us not only to provide current demands of clients of First OFD, but also to begin to render consulting services in public market that also helps with expansion of the customer base.
