On June 21, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company announced a software update of NEURONIQ in Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development.
The management system for queue installed in February, 2014 demanded updating. Along with installation of the latest version of NEURONIQ, the terminal (component parts are replaced) was updated, boards of the operator are bought in addition and 3 jobs are added – now in a system 12 operators work. The updated functionality of a hardware and software system will allow to arrange a flow of visitors in the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development, to make their service more comfortable and also will create an opportunity to seize all additional opportunities in the form of a quality assessment system, prerecording, unloading of statistical data and not only.
According to Technologies of the Futures, the software of NEURONIQ has customizability, broad functionality, the simplified administration of a system and meets the modern requirements for service of visitors and obtaining statistic reports for the management of the organization.
