This tool allows the commands performing support to use AI technologies for quality improvement and service rate of users of applications.
For September, 2020 Accenture applies myWizard in about 9 thousand projects to 1500 companies that allowed to improve service quality of users.
Accenture myWizard is the cloud platform allowing to integrate different applications of the company including the systems of work with incidents. The solution uses technologies of work with data and finding solutions (bots and virtual agents, tool kit for DevOps automation, other means of robotization, II) "intellectually" to automate routine transactions, to warn about possible failures and to offer necessary actions.
Monitors of the platform help to find in real time points and scenarios of additional automation and to measure efficiency of the executed transactions. The tool included also the database of hints of comparative characteristics for determination of options of improvements and potential of possible benefits.
