2019: Automation of management accounting in terms of system user management

Completed works:

• Install and activate licenses with flexible scalability
• Installation of additional licenses, extension of client licenses of the ITAN system
• Staff consultations on mechanisms to limit access to data
• Provide technical support to users

Results obtained:

• Conditions have been created for full remote work of employees
• Increased executive discipline of employees;
• Ensuring information security
• Isolation of processes performed in the interests of Sumotori-Auto from other legal entities of the holding;
• Implementation of approved rules for differentiating access to data of individual legal entities and the holding as a whole;

2017

As a result of the management accounting automation project, the following tasks of Sumotori TX financial accounting were solved:

• Automation of the process of preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements based on RAS data;
• Providing the CEO, investors, operational and functional directors with regular and operational financial reporting to monitor and analyze the results of the Central Federal District and the activities of the Group of Companies as a whole.

Effects from the implementation were obtained:

• Raising management awareness;
• Significant reduction of labour and time required to prepare management financial statements;
• Providing management of the company with direct access to the information base;
• Increased confidence in financial information through the ability to decrypt indicators to the primary document;
• Increase transparent financial accounting of business.
