Medsi builds the diagnostic center with assistance of Koreans and RDIF

In June, 2018 it became known of plans of network of Medsi clinics  to open in Moscow the new diagnostic center in cooperation with South Korean company Severance Hospital and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF). Experts estimate investments more than at 1 billion rubles.

According to the Kommersant newspaper, within the project network of Severance Hospital clinics will undertake personnel training and will provide Medsi the equipment and also will be engaged in development of the telemedicine platform for remote consultations with doctors.

The edition source close to AFK "Sistema" (Medsi owns), says that during a current of two months from the moment of agreement signature of the party will develop "road map" on project implementation. Parameters of clinic and investment volume are defined, and in quality the probable location of the center is the business center Lotte Plaza, he told.

By estimates of the agency head of "Infoline-Analitika" Mikhail Burmistrov, construction of the modern diagnostic center with a reference point on unique services  can cost from 800 million to 1.3 billion rubles — depending on capacity and equipment of clinic.

The founder of LabQuest laboratories Darya Pikalyuk says that more in medicine such directions as cardiology, gynecology and obstetrics, urology and also oncology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pediatrics and hepatology are demanded.

According to her, the state clinics of which the main flow of patients is the share because of low-quality diagnostics cannot meet in due volume demand of the population today.[1]
