National NPF completed implementation of a direct system of the reporting based on Homnet: XBRL

On June 25, 2018 the Homnet Consulting company announced project completion on implementation of a direct system of the reporting based on Homnet: XBRL in JSC National NPF.

Since January 1, 2018 the electronic format of submission of reporting data based on the XBRL specifications (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), according to the resolution of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, is obligatory for all non-credit financial institutions.

Before JSC National NPF there was a task to implement requirements of the regulator for which solution the decision to address Homnet Group was made.

The system of preparation of the reporting in the XBRL format in JSC National NPF was under construction on the software solution developed on the 1C: Enterprise platform – Homnet: XBRL which contains the following functional modules:

• the full-fledged XBRL processor which can work with different taksonomiya of XBRL 2.1;
• the aggregated data warehouse under control of DBMS optimized under structure of XBRL that ensures its functioning with large volumes of data;
• a set of the fulfilled tools for ensuring integration with any accounting systems at various platforms and for business process management of preparation of the reporting;
• the "designer of formulas" providing a possibility of setup "without coding" and unloadings of the available data from any accounting systems on the 1C: Enterprise platform in the Homnet system: XBRL;
• ready sets of methodological cases on collecting of indicators of XBRL.

Within the project Homnet Group performed the following works:

• setup of the solution Homnet: XBRL;
• setup of rules of loading of indicators of XBRL from the files MS Excel provided to JSC National NPF;
• adaptation of a standard methodological case of Homnet Group of collecting of the facts XBRL under the accounting system of accounting on a unified plan of accounts of the company;
• training of staff of the company in work in the software solution Homnet: XBRL;
• consultations (support) on work in the software solution during delivery of the supervising reporting in the XBRL format for January, 2018 and accounting records for the 1st quarter 2018.

Consultation on methodical and technical issues of work with the program is performed. The agreement of maintenance is issued.

Within the project the following functions are automated:

• work with taxonomy of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
• data loading for the reporting in the XBRL format from the MS Excel files and the accounting system of accounting on a unified plan of accounts;
• verification of reporting data on rules of taxonomy of the Central Bank;
• formation of a packet of the reporting according to taxonomy of the Central Bank.
