Specialists of Arkhenergo will install over 2000 "smart" counters

Staff IDGC of the NorthwestArkhenergo of " " PJSC branch (subsidiary company of public joint stock company"Rosseti") installs more than 2000 intelligent metering devices of the electric power in apartment houses Arkhangelsk region. Thus, by the end of 2018 all houses of the region connected to networks of branch will be equipped with such devices. Upgrade of a system of accounting of the electric power is carried out within the program for decrease in losses.

Power engineering specialists install "smart" counters on border of balance sheet accessory - on input to the house. Metering devices fix general consumption of the electric power of the residential building: all apartments and expenses on all-house needs (illumination of an entrance, operation of pumps, elevators, etc.).

"These devices have high accuracy and automatically transfer indications to the database of the power company on a GSM communication channel. Unauthorized access, attempt of their stop or reprogramming are without delay fixed by a system", - specialists of division in electricity metering note.

All-house consumption is calculated as a difference between an expense of all residential building and the amount of meter readings in apartments. Thus, if in the house the unfair consumer makes "experiments" with the counter, transfers the underestimated indications, uses the electric power bezuchetno, then its real consumption will be automatically written off for expenses of all house.
