Netrika upgraded the website of Rospatent

On July 2, 2018 it became known that the Federal Service for Intellectual Property updated design and functionality of the official site. The portal had a set of additional opportunities: from the adaptive version for mobile devices before authorization through a Unified identification and authentication system. A visual design of the website was completely updated. Works on upgrade were carried out by Netrika IT company.

Developers of the portal were faced by a task to provide completeness and availability of information to the population and business, convenience of users during the work with the portal and decrease in load of the staff of Rospatent due to detailed and organized filling of the section with the services rendered by department in electronic form. Earlier on the website it was quite difficult to be guided, and at users arose many questions requiring additional consultation.

The updated website received the system of navigation which is thought over together with Rospatent which allows users to begin search with any page and gives the chance quicker to be guided on the website.

On the website there was a convenient section of "Gosuslugi" which helps to submit electronically the application for registration of inventions, patent grant, prolongation, the termination and recovery of legal protection and other demanded state services rendered by Rospatent. On pages simply processes on each of services, an order of acceptance and document registration are also it is clear described and also the possibility of authorization through a Unified identification and authentication system is implemented.

The system of smart search in documents and forms became one more important innovation. It is not obligatory for user to know complete document title any more: for search in base it is enough to enter a key word and to configure necessary filters.

The version for visually impaired is created, open data of state body, the glossary, the online consultant and links to all official pages of department on social networks appeared. In development process the designer of online tests for the website is created.

The websites of state bodies are regulated more than 8 years by the Federal law 'About Ensuring Access to Information on Activity of State Bodies and Local Government Authorities', however it becomes obvious to state structures that formally to conform to requirements of the law insufficiently. Rospatent made the decision to cardinally improve interaction with users of the website and it was not ordinary and very interesting customer. Within the project we developed 3 different versions of the concept of design, 8 integration with external and internal services, 28 modules of the admin panel and also more than 2.5 thousand pages of content are organized.
