On July 2, 2018 the BOSS. Personnel systems company announced the beginning of the project of automation of personnel records and calculation of the earned payment in O'KEY company - one of the largest federal retail networks in Russia.
Project Tasks
The main requirements to the automation system from the customer were a possibility of creation of personnel records based on uniform architectural approach and the general principles and also providing uniform standards of work irrespective of a geographically-distributed structure of divisions of the company. The solution should have scalability and capability it is easy to adapt to expansion of qualifying standards and increase of volumes of solvable tasks and also to correspond to the legislation of the Russian Federation. Were specified by separate points in technical specifications ability to integrate the selected software with other systems working in the companies, existence of tools and opportunities for completion of necessary forms and reports. Based on the held tender as base for the project the Russian BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system was selected.
Such system is necessary for process automation of accounting and management of O'KEY company regarding the centralized management of human resources. An automation object are personnel management processes and also performance monitoring of their accomplishment.
Project Effect
After the first circuits which are responsible for work with the staff list and planning of the organization, electronic document management and providing data in state bodies functions of assessment, planning of selection, management of working schedules and other tools meeting requirements of an era of digital HR will be automated. The BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER software developer will be able less than in 10 months to perform transition to payroll in a system. During an implementation project works on replacement of the outdated software with transfer of all contemporary records, on information warehousing in uniform base of a system with online access to it, including to historical data and also will be performed on standardization of all reference books of a system. In a system about 200 HR specialists will work, and more than 6,000 employees of the company are going to use opportunities of Personal account.
