MegaFon in the summer of 2018 started service in search of personnel of mass positions - "Digital selection of linear personnel". Possibilities of automation and infrastructure of MegaFon allow to fill an open vacancy in any region of Russia in the shortest possible time of 3 days. The customer controls process in the Personal account. At the heart of service – the specialized platform of the technology partner of MegaFon - Skillaz company. Selection is performed by specialists of Pikt - the General service center of MegaFon.

One of important tasks of HR divisions - decrease in outflow and maintenance of completeness of the state. For example, HR specialists of MegaFon accept every year about 4000 young specialists starting the career in group. Automation of process helped to accelerate significantly completing of the state and maintenance of number in customer service centers. Before implementation of digital selection in some divisions about 20-30% of positions remained not busy. The company incurred essential expenses for permanent involvement of personnel. Application of the digital instruments and profiles of the "ideal" employee constructed on the basis of Big Data helped to reach completeness in 98%. Costs for selection and adaptation of personnel were reduced, and in a number of regions search of employees was suspended as staff was completely gathered.

Work begins with scheduling. Data of the client and own statistics of candidate screen from a stage to a stage are for this purpose used. The customer can monitor progress of selection and work with candidates in the Personal account of service, for example, to browse the curriculum vitae of the candidates invited to an interview, to approve those who successfully passed necessary stages at employment - an interview, testing, medical examination or approval by a security service. In the Personal account the analytics about time of passing by the candidate of each stage in the online mode or for a certain period is available. The client will be able to estimate compliance of the actual indicators of selection to the planned purposes, quickly to create and send new requests for selection.
