2018: Implementation of an electronic queue of NEURONIQ
On July 4, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of queue management of NEURONIQ on 14 jobs in the National center of electronic services in Belarus.
Product capabilities
NTsEU of the city of Minsk renders more than 300 types of service among which there is a distribution of public keys of verification of the electronic digital signature. System implementation of queue management of NEURONIQ allows to create comfortable conditions for the citizens who addressed to the organization and to separate a flow of visitors depending on the choice of type of service:
- receiving services of certification center;
- consultation;
- receiving unique identifier.
An opportunity to undergo the procedure of prerecording via the NTsEU electronic portal allows to plan date and time of visit of the organization in advance that considerably will save time of users and will unload a waiting zone in the center of rendering services. For convenience of use of a system of foreign citizens, NEURONIQ developers created an opportunity for work with the interface of the terminal in the Belarusian, English and Russian languages.
Also, thanks to analytical reports which are provided by a system the manager will always be able to correct work of the center in time that will improve terms of service.
