On July 9, 2018 it became known that Polymetal implemented a cloud solution of B2B-Center for maintaining and verification of the reference book of the purchased goods and services consisting of 200 thousand positions.
Service of management of the normative reference information integrated purchasing process of the company in a whole: introduction of data to the reference book, their check, carrying out electronic procurement on marketplace and the automatic analysis of results.
We configured integration of the accounting system of 1C with B2B-Senter service for management of the normative reference information. Now specialists enter data on the purchased goods in the usual interface, and a system automatically checks them on 20 algorithms. Now we can provide correctness and uniformity of information, to quickly delete records duplicates and to carry out electronic procurement on the basis of our reference book. The main advantage is an automatic search of errors and audit of data without additional costs on support and development of IT infrastructure. Igor Zhalnin, deputy managing director of TD Polymetal

Interaction happens via the web interface. All data which the B2B-Center obtains from Polymetal are stored in two distributed Russian data centers that guarantees their availability and safety.
Experience with reference books of industrial output of our clients helped to create the tool which is able to warn errors, to analyze the prices on the carried-out purchases and to create reports. We constantly train service at data that does it even quicker and more productively. It is capable to undertake the huge volume of a routine which traditionally lays down on specialists purchasers and to release them for more important tasks.
