2018: System implementation of electronic document management Case

On July 9, 2018 the "Electronic Office Systems (Software)" company announced use of an electronic document management system "CASE" by the tourist complex "Pearl of Altai". Management of documents in the CASE system in budgetary institution "Pearl of Altai" is conducted with spring of 2018. Implementation of EDMS took place by own forces of the customer with consulting support of specialists of KS-Consulting company, the partner of EOS Group in Western and Eastern Siberia.

Management of the industry infrastructure facilities which are in state-owned property of Altai Republic falls within the scope of maintaining BU "Pearl of Altai". As the organization works at the market not so long ago, at implementation of EDMS "DELO" all business processes of management of documents were built "from scratch" and at once at the professional grade, using the specialized solution of EOS Group company.

Project Steps

At the first stage by Pearl of Altai jobs of the CASE system and the subsystem "DELO-Web" for the secretary, the accountant-economist, the lawyer, the head of organization and his deputies purchased. As of July, 2018, in a system is registered entering and outgoing documents, orders, search of necessary documents is performed.

In the closest plans of organization – the organization of exchange of documents with the Ministry of Economic Development and tourism of Altai Republic where EDMS "DELO" is used since 2002. For this purpose implementation of the additional option "Server of Electronic Interaction" (SEI) which is also developed by EOS Group company will be required.
