"The first BIT" helped the Center of programs of loyalty of Sberbank with the reporting

On July 9, 2018 The First BIT company announced carrying out the project on automation of the reporting in the Center of programs of loyalty of Sberbank.

Initially for a correct program runtime of "BIT .FINANS" special exchange which required labor-consuming monthly maintenance was written. Process took away about 10 working hours. Besides, it required big finance costs. The center of programs of loyalty refused maintenance and was going to perform all work with own forces. However it took away even more time. The problem led to the fact that within half a year the plan fact for budgets gathered manually.

The leaders of the Center asked for the help in The First BIT company which staff analyzed a situation and suggested the client to integrate data of "BIT .FINANS" with working base "1C: Accounting". Then to automate data exchange, drawing up the plan fact and the report P&L.

The range of tasks extended in process of project implementation. So, transition to the automatic version of drawing up the report of control became one more task.

After installation of the BIT .FINANS system on working solution base "1C: Accounting" the plan fact for budgets can be kept automatically in one base. After upgrade of a system the report P&L also forms automatically in the BIT .FINANS program. "The first BIT" carried out also other tasks which arose in process.

On implementation of all tasks nearly 7 months left. The companies sign the agreement of further maintenance.

On project deliverables in the Center of programs of loyalty work of several departments is automated at once: accounting, legal, operational, marketing, DIT, AHO and HR.
