October bakery (Lexema)

Since March, 2015 a system Lexema from EcoSoft company is unrolled at the October Bakery LLC enterprise.

For July, 2018 in a system the following functionality is implemented:

• The dispatching office is the Reference book of vehicles, the Statement of waybills, Write-off of fuel and lubricants
• Closing of accounts - 16.44%, 2%, 43,90,91

• Tax accounting – the Declaration VAT, Invoices
• Fixed assets
• Accounting records – Form No. 2
• Economical bureau – Calculation, Calculation of planned and actual cost
• Settlings with advance holders
• Production is the Compounding, Write-off of raw materials and packaging
• Deferred expenses
