The Termolazer company is created in 2010 with the purpose to bring to Russian, and in the long term and on world, the market the equipment for processing of metals on the basis of the laser. As the most perspective technology in terms of the market laser thermal hardening was selected. The company is a resident Skolkovo. The company is going not only to provide the Russian market with a new laser equipment, but also to export the machines. Priorities for export are the countries with the strongest development of the machine-building industries: China, India, South Korea. Also work with the western markets is not excluded.
In parallel with development and an output to the market of a laser equipment Termolazer develops other technologies of laser processing of metals: cutting, welding and building up. The company actively advances technology, the equipment, services and engineering on the market.
Technology
The technology of laser thermal hardening allows to process already finished products without violation of geometry and purity of a part. It allows to avoid additional machining after hardening, thereby having reduced technology process. Thermal hardening by the laser increases wear resistance of the processed parts by 2-5 times depending on product material. The laser technology gives the chance of processing only to a part of a product whereas traditional technologies of thermohardening (hardening furnaces, tempering by currents of high frequency and others) do not allow to make it and besides are more energy-intensive.
The technology of laser heat treatment is demanded practically in all industries: metallurgy, railway transport, production of bearings, road-building and agricultural machinery, stanko-, the engine - and engine building and also instrumental production. This technology is known in the world, however there is no mass production of the similar equipment in the world.
In addition to sale of the equipment the company renders services in processing of products of the customer and also a full range of engineering on implementation of new technology in production processes. Such engineering is necessary because laser tempering allows to rebuild significantly production process, having reduced its duration and having increased performance. Experience of the first clients of the company showed efficiency from implementation of laser thermohardening in the form of decrease in cost value of products by 30%.
2018
The borrower Fonda of industry development – Termolazer LLC – began to release in the Vladimir region the automated laser complexes for hardening of metal products. The enterprise became the 55th open production in a portfolio of IDF. Progressive technologies of heat treatment of the Russian production do not concede to the American analogs, and on some properties even exceed them. Due to use of the automated complexes of industrial enterprise will have an opportunity to increase labor productivity by 40%.
"The fund of development of the industry at the end of 2015 granted a preferential loan to Termolazer company for the amount of 80 million rubles under 5% per annum on implementation of import-substituting production of laser complexes. The total cost of the project was 170.8 million rubles. In two and a half years of the company it was succeeded to bring to the Russian market the equipment for laser thermohardening of parts which will allow to reduce dependence of industrial enterprises on import analogs of such equipment", - the IDF director Roman Petrutsa noted. |
In Vladimir the borrower of IDF marketed a line of the automated laser complexes for hardening of large-size parts of irregular shape. The lineup of machines includes two modifications of installations: for processing of outside surfaces of parts (including the installation for work with axially symmetrical bodies equipped with a special rotary table) and internal surfaces of cylindrical products.
On complexes it is possible to process parts from several millimeters to five meters in size length and up to three tons. When processing internal surfaces of cylindrical products (pipes, boring bars, etc.) the maximum depth of processing is three meters. It allows to process completely surfaces of cylindrical products of six-meter length.
"The important fact is also that process of laser thermohardening is ecologically safe as there are no harmful emissions. If at standard tempering in thermal workshops use toxic gases: carbon oxide, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, benzene, cyanide, laser tempering passes on air without use of any hardening toxic environments", - the CEO of Termolazer company Chukhlantsev Oleg commented. |
