From a cloud the Croc is organized access to Synerdocs service

On July 10, 2018 it became known that DIRECTUM uses a cloud of CROC for ensuring access of clients to the SaaS product — to Synerdocs service. Also in a cloud of CROC systems providing convenient integration of documents from the different financial accounting systems and permanent monitoring of operability of SaaS service are placed. The cloud consumption pattern of resources allows the customer to increase quickly capacities during peak loads on e-document flow and to optimize up to 30% of costs for own park of the equipment.

Exchange of electronic documents in the SaaS service format requires an essential stock of computing powers on a case of growth of load of a system as the seasonality is characteristic of a contracted work of many companies. Also support of service in mode 24х7 that users could exchange documents at any convenient time is necessary, without limiting itself to working hours. Besides, the permanent continuity of work of service is important for users of SaaS product that it imposes requirements to provider regarding reliability assurance and disaster tolerance of cloud infrastructure.

The choice of CROC as cloud provider is caused by the high performance of the used servers and disks and also big capacity of channels which cope with flow of a large number of the users who are at the same time working with service.
