2025: Roman Trotsenko's company JSC Kassiopea bought Aleko
On November 26, 2025, it became known that Kassiopea JSC, associated with the structures of the founder of AEON Corporation Roman Trotsenko, became the owner of Aleko Group of Companies, a large manufacturer of polypropylene packaging. Corresponding changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities were made on October 20, 2025. Previously, the group of companies was owned by Alexey Dokukin.
According to Kommersant, the Kassiopea company was established by Tatyana Minova, who is a co-owner of AEON - General Service Center LLC. At the same time, on October 20, 2025, a message from Roman Trotsenko, Vector LLC, appeared in the register of legally significant information on the provision of claims under the loan agreement dated October 7, 2025 concluded between Vector and Kassiopea. The Aleko Group of Companies does not comment on the situation.
Aleko Group of Companies was founded in 1992. Aleko-Polymers produces bags and big-bags from polypropylene, which are used in chemical, construction, agricultural and other industries. The production capacity of the enterprise is 4.8 million big-bags and 78 million bags per year. The group has its own line of additives and concentrates for A-Len and Calpet brand polymers.
Aleko includes the manufacturer of polymer processing equipment Aleko Machineri. The revenue of Aleko-Polymer in 2024 increased by 6.8% and reached ₽5,24 billion. The company's net profit decreased by 27.4% and amounted to ₽380,7 million in 2024.
The source of the publication in the polymer sector notes that the production of soft packaging for industry itself is a business with low profitability (about 10%), but the asset may have synergy with the former assets of Roman Trotsenko. Fertilizers and agricultural products, according to the interlocutors of the newspaper, are most often transported in bags and big-bag packages. At the same time, they add, the demand for soft polypropylene packaging is growing following an increase in production volumes in key consumption sectors, primarily in agriculture and the chemical industry. In September 2025, the businessman ceased to be the owner of the head structure of AEON Agro LLC, which manages about 240 thousand hectares of agricultural land. This asset was transferred to Azot Group of Companies. Market participants believe that Aleko's products may be in demand from agro-industrial and chemical assets that were previously controlled by the businessman.[1]
