EAE-Consult: Information system Admission

The information system "Admission" is an automated system of industrial security on creation, approval and maintaining magazines of issue of allowing documents for admission to hazardous production facilities of industrial enterprise.

Functionality

Preparation of the work permit in the automated mode allows in real time:

• notify responsible specialists on need of approval of the new allowing document;
• to timely notice inaccuracies in the document and in time to eliminate them in read minutes without initiation of repeated reconciliation procedure as all approving persons receive online notifications on the status of the current work permit;
• approve and approve work permits using the electronic digital signature;
• accumulate all retrospective and current work permits in uniform information base with online access to it of the management and responsible production services.

In addition to formation directly of the work permit, a system provides preparation of the card of identification of danger and risk assessment of emergency situations at work of the increased danger in which analysis results of possible risks affect production at work and also actions for their minimization.

One of key features of the software product is the possibility of maintaining reference books of standard security measures and means of protecting for each work type. Use of a system of reference books considerably formalizes and significantly accelerates formation of the allowing document.

Thanks to system implementation Admission:

• Need for the resource-intensive procedure of formation, editing, approval and search of paper work permits disappears: allowing documents are processed automatically, and their journalizing is performed in electronic form.
