History

2009: Growth of enterprise capacity up to 3.2 million hl a year

On September 23, 2009 the Heineken company in Russia announced end of the investment project on expansion and upgrade of production capacities of Patra brewery.

Growth of potential production of Patra brewery promoted increase in operational efficiency of production of breweries as a part of Heineken company in Russia in general and also to reducing costs for distribution of products.

As a result of technology reconstruction the production capacity of the enterprise grew to 3.2 million hl in 2009. Within the project upgrade of a number of production phases among which there are departments of processing of malt, cooking workshop, workshop of fermentation, filtering and packaging of beer and also reconstruction of barmy division, station of recuperation of CO2, division of water treatment and all system of warehouse logistics of the enterprise was carried out.

2007: Production upgrade

2007 became for Patras year of the beginning of radical reconstruction of brewery. Patra — one of the largest breweries in the region with design capacity more than 1 million chapter a year. At the enterprise advanced technologies and the equipment from Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium and the Czech Republic are used. Within upgrade of the enterprise all production divisions — from filling lines to warehouse were affected.

2005: Sale of the Heineken plant

In June, 2005 JSC Patra became a part of the Netherlands company "Heineken".

1994: Incorporating and renaming into Patr

During privatization in 1994 the Sverdlovsky plant became Patra open joint stock company. The name of the plant is connected with the name of the river Patrushikhi which originates from the Black lake, near the enterprise.

1993: Start of production of beer

Since 1993, the plant started production of beer.

1983: Constructions of the Sverdlovsky plant on production of carbonated drinks

In 1983 in a southwest part of Sverdlovsk (in a crust. time Yekaterinburg) began construction of the beer and soft drinks plant "Sverdlovsky". In the first years the plant produced only carbonated drinks and mineral water.
