On July 17, 2018 the Sovcombank announced training of the voice assistant Alice to answer questions of banking products. As a pilot project the bank selected the card of payment by installments Halvah. Alice will inform artificial intelligence on main advantages of the card, will tell where and as it can be issued and also to find the nearest office of bank for receiving Halvah. To start communication with the voice assistant it is necessary just to tell about the Halvah card: "Alice, start skill "Halvah card".
For July, 2018 the project with Halvah is on initial stage, and is not acquired rather practical material on communication of Alice with real clients of bank yet, but she quickly studies and will be able to communicate in more detail with users on a subject of financial products soon.
Alice is available in the universal application of Yandex (Android and iOS), Yandex.Browser (Android and iOS) and also programs for Windows.
We will continue active work with functionality of Alice and other similar projects as the future connected with artificial intelligence and machine learning already came, and we should not lag behind in the technology development world players.
