Belinskselmash implemented the complete solution on product lifecycle management of Appius-PLM

On July 17, 2018 the Appius company announced implementation of the complete solution on product lifecycle management of Appius-PLM in JSC Belinskselmash.

The management of the enterprise addressed to Appius company concerning automation of design-technology preparation of production of agricultural machinery and component parts. After the held presentations the decision on acquisition of a system for the purpose of automation of development and maintaining design structures, regulation, technology, archive of design-technology documentation and also communication with the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system was made.

Specialists of the enterprise completed a training course on work in a system and its administrations. Process of implementation was followed by technical support service. Existence in the system of such additional tools by description of manufacturing techniques as the Editor of routes and the Editor Route chart considerably accelerated process of work of technologists, and use of the Engineering reference book allowed to avoid errors when forming the restrictive list of the main and auxiliary materials.

According to representatives of JSC Belinskselmash, the solution of Appius company was selected proceeding from functionality, the price, readiness for application and short term of start in operation. System implementation allows to exclude duplication of design-technology data, to organize the restrictive list of the normative reference information.

The design-technology department, service of material and labor regulation and design-technology archive are as a result automated. On the basis of production and technology ESI in the automatic mode preparation of specifications of the nomenclature and process charts of production for transfer to the accounting system is performed.
