Education

Graduated from the St. Petersburg State institute of telecommunications majoring in "the engineer of a radio communication, broadcasting and television".

Career

Started the career as the engineer in Baylanys-Turan LTD LLP and the sales manager of financial telecommunications in JSC ASTEL.

Worked at different executive positions, including in representative office of Cisco Systems in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, JSC TNS Plus, Golden Telecom Kazakhstan LLP.

In 2011 Nurlan Sadykov was awarded the honorary title "Krmetti Baylanysshy" for a contribution to development of the industry of telecommunications of Kazakhstan.

Since November, 2013 prior to the beginning of 2017 held a position of the area director of Dell in Kazakhstan and Central Asia and was responsible for development of all directions of business of Dell in the region. It managed to increase considerably a market share of Dell in the region due to growth of number of partners and distributors and increase in level of their examination and also increase in orders of complete solutions by clients in the field of digital transformation.

Since February, 2017 Nurlan Sadykov holds a position of the chief representative of Dell EMC in Kazakhstan and the countries of Central Asia. He is responsible for the strategy of the company in the region and development of the direction of the infrastructure solutions Dell EMC. Has more 24 years' experience in the ICT market.
