On July 20, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company announced project implementation on development and deployment of the WAREHOUSE system NEURONIQ for the large plant "Sibit" in Novosibirsk.

According to the company, the plant is engaged in production and supply of construction material, capacity of its territory up to 200 machines a day. Such traffic flow requires the accurate organization for the greatest efficiency of the delivery service. All algorithm which assumes registration in an electronic queue registration and verification of issue documents, execution of exit documents, departure of cars on run, etc., means very complex and branched system of interaction. At the same time all process of loading should be simplest and clear for all participants: from forwarding agents of the plant to storekeepers and controllers.

System implementation of NEURONIQ of SKLAD allowed:

  • automate a flow of the entering transport, having provided priority conditions for motor transport of the delivery service of the plant;
  • separate a flow using specialization of gate and operators;
  • create the system of the reports providing time supervision on each process step of loading.

In addition to own delivery service the plant gives an opportunity to customers to take away a load from its territory independently. With respect thereto there was a need of separation of a flow of motor transport with creation of priority conditions for own delivery service. For this purpose for forwarding agents of the plant the possibility of the simplified registration in queue using the personalized RFID card which assumes identification by automatic reading of information on the driver and motor transport was implemented. Unlike it, customers of the plant who decided to take away a load independently can get in a queue, having undergone the procedure of advance registration far off through the web page. After data entry the driver receives SMS with the individual code which he will use for activation on site. Also the driver can take the place in queue, having been registered on the terminal of an electronic queue installed at entrance.

Advance registration allows to create the diagram of arrival of machines, excepting a possibility of an overload of the territory of the plant in advance. Also for solution of the problem of an overload a system allows to suspend temporarily the admission of third-party machines (those who arrived on a warehouse for shipment at own expense) and renews only it after departure of already loaded motor transport.

Also it was reported that for increase in efficiency of loading of transport function of routing which assumes promotion of the driver across the territory of the plant on in advance built way is used. Thanks to it all processes of service are logically built so that there were no intersections. It provides accurate passing of process steps of shipment of finished goods and excludes possible noises for the movement in the territory of the plant. At the same time thanks to the convenient system of informing drivers have an opportunity to monitor all process step by step. It is performed using LED boards on which information with registration numbers of cars and numbers of jobs is displayed. Also drivers receive SMS messages with the invitation to the next point of service.

Speed of passing of processes one of the main performance indicators of work of a warehouse of the plant. The NEURONIQ system creates reports with indicators of time which was spent at each stage of loading. It allows to reveal the most critical moments of process of loading and, as a result, to take necessary measures for correction of a situation. Thanks to system implementation the average time of stay of motor transport in the territory of the plant was considerably reduced as result delivery time of products decreased and the number of the flights performed by one car increased.
