On July 20, 2018 it became known that the THESIS system is implemented in the Metpromproyekt company implementing projects in the field of metallurgy in Russia and abroad.

The Metpromproyekt company is included into the Metprom group which builds, reconstructs and upgrades metallurgical productions. It executes full range of services — from consulting and design before installation of equipment and construction of the plants.

The management of Metpromproyekt intended to implement EDMS to organize convenient storage system of documents and also to accelerate their approval and to automate other business processes. After studying of different products the company stopped the choice on a document management system and tasks of TEZIS. The standard editorial office EDMS THESIS which was purchased by Metpromproyekt allows to automate setting and control of execution of tasks and also basic processes of document flow: registration, approval, acquaintance, imposing of the resolution. Besides the selected edition includes add-on modules for expansion of opportunities of EDMS. Using a lung in mastering of the designer it is possible to configure any route of the movement of documents in a system corresponding to business processes of the customer. The report generator allows to create the report on different indicators quickly. In addition to the system Metpromproyekt purchased mobile licenses for work from any smartphone or the tablet.

Specialists Haulmont installed EDMS on the equipment of the customer and provided training for users and the administrator. We helped to master basic functions which are necessary for work and also told about use of the designer of business processes and mechanisms of security in a system.
