The main building will consist of ten floors, on which there will be treatment departments of different profiles designed for 10-60 beds, an ambulance box, blood harvesting and transfusion stations, as well as several bacteriological laboratories.
In June 2023, the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov announced plans to build a hospital in Balashikha for 50 billion rubles. The planned capacity of the medical institution was not announced then, but Vorobyov said that he had "found understanding" of President Vladimir Putin on this issue.[1]
2018: Central City Hospital Project Preparation
The project of the central city hospital in the Olgino microdistrict in Balashikha will be ready by mid-2019. This was announced to the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov by the chief architect of the Moscow Region Mikhail Khaikin on July 12, 2018. Then competitive procedures will be carried out and construction work will start.
We looked at the Russian experience in the construction of medical facilities, world experience. Our task is to make a modern complex so that it is comfortable for residents, "Khaikin emphasized. |
The hospital building with 1 thousand beds is planned to be built on the site of a demolished unfinished hospital. the project is supposed to be implemented in several stages. First of all, a reception department, a surgical building, laboratories, a transfusion and blood harvesting station and technical premises will be built. Further, it is planned to build therapeutic, pediatric and infectious buildings, CDC, as well as administrative buildings.
We are partnering with architects to design medical facilities around the world. We are very glad that there is an opportunity to share our knowledge so that they benefit and help create high-tech medical institutions that the region needs, "said Anton Zadorozhny, director of consulting at Philips Healthcare. |
As of July 2018, the Central Regional Hospital is located in buildings located in different parts of the city. Many of them are in a dilapidated state, some of the departments are located in buildings that were not originally designed for medical institutions.[2]
For us, this is a key decision in terms of health care. There is a real shortage, including bed capacity. For 15 years, the population has doubled in the urban district, while practically no medical facilities have been built, "added the head of Balashikha, Sergei Yurov. |
