AFK "Sistema" automated the investment management

2019: Completion of control automation by investment processes

On March 18, 2019 AMT Group announced project completion on automation of investment activities of AFK "Sistema". During the project the solution which allows to manage investment process from a stage of emergence of the investment idea until closing of the transaction in various sectors of the economy is implemented.

Use of an automated system provides information transparency when implementing investment activities of corporation. In the course of system operation the uniform base of projects with up-to-date information forms, tools are provided to business for control of the course of transactions and the status of works on each process step with fixing of management decisions.

Information accumulated in a system allows to create reports on a funnel of transactions, to fix key indicators of projects, to monitor their changes and also to accelerate decision making according to standard transactions.

A system is implemented based on the platform Terrasoft BPM Online. For integration of a system with the adjacent information systems participating in investment processes the integration solution based on open-source Apache Camel and ActiveMQ technologies is implemented.

In a system the functionality which allows is implemented:

• conduct uniform base of projects, including base of documentation;
• keep projects with use of a board of "Kanban";
• conduct uniform base of contacts/project participants and the participating companies;
• fix management decisions at different stages;
• prepare information for meetings of collegiate organs.

Tools of a system allow to keep different reference books, to create different scenarios of creation of projects, their stages and stages of approval.

In a system there are visualization tools of analytical cuts which maintain functionality of dynamic change of parameters (the period for which the analytical cut forms; the categories included in an analytical cut, etc.) and also a possibility of further detailing of aggregated data.

Special attention is paid to information security. Within the project specialists of AMT Group described model of the violator and security risks of information in a system and at its processing. Based on this model recommendations about counteraction to threats are made.
