On July 27, 2018 the Advanta Consulting company announced system implementation of planning and control of deliveries in the Tekhnoinvestpskov engineering company.

Premises and project objectives

The company implements up to three large projects once and starts on several projects in a quarter. Objects of the company are scattered territorially that complicates control of projects. For the solution of this problem the company management set the following objects and the tasks:

  • Objectives:
    • Increase in a market share of construction of special objects at the expense of a construction adherence to deadlines.
    • Creation of the stable system of management capable to provide growth and scaling of business.

  • Tasks:

    • to Lower a share of the projects which came to the end with violation of planned dates.
    • to Increase effective management of projects due to implementation of the automated procedures of budget management of the project, planning and control of labor costs.
    • to Increase interaction between project participants. Reduce terms of development and approval of working documents of projects.
    • to Create a common information space for geographically distributed divisions of the company.

Project Results

Results of Implementation:

  • In the Advanta system planning process and control of deliveries is automated.
  • The register of projects is created, standard reports of Basic processes are configured.
  • Templates of projects and diagrams of accomplishment of project works are created, mechanisms of the reporting of the performed works are configured.
  • The solution on control of purchases is set up.
  • 10 pilot projects are brought to a system.
  • The unified environment for communications between all participants of project activity is created.
  • Specialists of the Customer are trained in functionality of a system (Discussions, Documents, Approvals, Instructions, the reporting under tasks, project managers were trained on planning in Ganta).
