OTR and TsOKR signed the contract on operation of GIIS the Electronic budget

On July 31, 2018 it became known that OTR, the Russian software developer and the system integrator, signed the contract with the Center for ensuring activities of Federal Treasury for ensuring operation of the state integrated information system "Electronic Budget" (GIIS EB).

A system has modular structure which consists of six subsystems (expenditure management, accounting and the reporting, ensuring integration, maintaining registers and forms, maintaining the normative reference information, information security support and the legal importance of documents) and also the Uniform Portal of a Budget System (UPBS). The uniform portal gives an opportunity to each citizen of the country to find information on all account transactions of all budgetary institutions.

Within the first stage of creation and development of GIIS EB (2011-2014) OTR developed a technology platform of EB – a subsystem of ensuring integration, maintaining registers and forms (POI). At the second stage (2015-2017) the company performed works on creation based on POI of two subsystems – accounting and the reporting and expenditure management which development continues now.

According to terms of the contract OTR till 9/1/2019 executes support of all developed modules GIIS EB (including third-party developer companies).

Work on the project will allow us not only to strengthen relationship with our customer, to increase his loyalty and to work proactively with his requirements, but also to increase competences on maintenance of all subsystems.
