"Yandex. Forms" — service for creation of forms of a feedback and polls.

2018: Launching

Yandex Company announced on July 31, 2018 start of free service of Yandex.form. With its help it is possible without skills in development to create a form for holding poll, collecting of a feedback, requests from clients and other data.

The form is designed from ready blocks to which it is necessary to add the text. Questions in shape can be the most different, for example, with a field for text entering, several answer options, a rating scale or the drop-down list. Also there is an opportunity to show to the person different questions how he answered previous. After creation of a form respondents can give the reference to it or to receive the ready code to build in on the website.

For some tasks there are ready forms — for example, for registration for an action, collecting of a feedback and questionnaires from applicants for a vacancy. It is necessary only to publish a form.

Answers of respondents can be received in the XLSX and CSV format

Answers will gather in the table from which it is easy to obtain the necessary information. They can also be sent to mail to do not pass anything important — for example, the new request from the client or the complaint to a product. Besides, Forms are integrated with Yandex.tracker — a system for the organization of work into the companies. For answers of each respondent Tracker can create a task, to appoint automatically responsible and the term of consideration. If the company uses the general base of the documents "Wiki", there is an opportunity to collect answers there — on the separate page.

"Yandex. Forms", as well as Tracker with Wiki, enter into a complex of services for joint work Yandex.connection. Also it joins "Mail for the domain", Disk, the Yamb messenger and the address directory reflecting structure of the organization.

2017: Testing

Since November, 2017 service of Yandex.form began to work in the test mode.
