TrueConf Kiosk is the specialized solution for the organization of remote customer service for video conference in booths and infomats.
TrueConf Kiosk represents shell program over TrueConf Server and TrueConf SDK for video calls in the one-sided mode, intended for installation on any hardware platforms of page OS Windows.

The TrueConf company announced on December 20, 2018 TAdviser opening of access to the source code solution VIDEOCONFERENCING for TrueConf Kiosk infomats. As envisioned by the company, such approach will allow developers to change with ease appearance of the application or the principle of its work depending on needs of the customer.
Development of individual solutions VIDEOCONFERENCING or implementation of video conference in already existing products often demands from customers of studying of documentation on use of SDK libraries or involvement of highly skilled IT specialists. To simplify this process and to make integration of VKS more well, the TrueConf company released TrueConf Kiosk — the solution for the systems of self-service, full and ready to use, which supports branding of all the elements using settings of the interface, without the need for conducting additional development or the address to the supplier of VKS, says TrueConf. |
TrueConf Kiosk is already available on GitHub as the application with opened source code for Visual Studio and Delphi — two most popular integrated development environments of the software for OS Windows. According to developers, the ready application can be installed on any computer running Windows within several minutes.
The solution TrueConf supports branding under needs of the customer, at the same time his source code can be used by any users for independent development, modifications and free distribution. For a full-fledged work the application needs connection with the domestic program server of video conference TrueConf Server.

TrueConf Kiosk 1.0
For December, 2018 TrueConf Kiosk 1.0 offers following features:
- Video call client/operator: quality to 1080p with dynamic fine tuning under a communication channel.
- Readdressing and transcoding of a video call in a SIP format: TrueConf will automatically recode a call to a format clear to the system of contact center of the customer.
- Set a logo of the organization: the functionality allows to set a logo which will be displayed above on the video booth screen.
- Set the advertizing video which will be reproduced on the video booth screen in sleep mode
- Setup of replacement of a background: this function is similar to ChromaKey technology and will allow customers to select any images for replacement of this background during video calls and conferences.
- Easily configured customization: setup external a type of the Call and Complete a Call buttons and also the choice of the image which will be displayed during authorization and connection to TrueConf Server.
- Record of all calls and conferences on the server: is automatic in the greatest possible quality and in a format, convenient for post-processing and a transcription.
- Replacement of the image of the operator with content or data: for example, for capture of a separate window on the PC of the operator for demonstration to the client of the scheme of the car or a status of its account.
- Dedicated line of technical support: for the customers using SDK and API TrueConf, the company offers a packet of technical support for the operational solution of all questions at a stage of preparation of a pilot project.

TrueConf and Zorgtech project on creation of the video booth
On July 31, 2018 the companies TrueConf also Zorgtech announced strategic partnership in the field of a video conferencing. The project on creation of the video booth — the hardware and software system allowing to integrate remote offices and points of sale, to give video conference opportunities for operators of call centers and to cut down expenses on business meetings became result of joint work.
As it was reported, the TrueConf company developed the TrueConf Kiosk application which contains all basic functions of the TrueConf SDK tools, including video calls and conferences, demonstration of content, record of video calls on the server, integration with the SIP systems of call centers and many other things.
