On July 31, 2018 it became known that VisionLabs starts since August 1, 2018 the system of face recognition based on the VisionLabs LUNA platform in the Moscow oceanarium at VDNH. The platform will allow to distinguish a flow of visitors of Moskvarium in real time and on the basis of video analytics to receive operational statistics about attendance, a demographic cut of audience and to carry out interactive communication with visitors.
The cameras of a system of recognition are mounted in several zones: on an input, at the checkout and directly in the main hall in a zone of aquariums. A system fixes data on visitors and allows to define their quantity, repeated visits, approximate age, sex and other parameters and also to make the depersonalized guest's profile. The solution will allow business to receive the most authentic statistics for marketing analytics, and the analytics on the basis of recognition of patterns of behavior will help to define clients dissatisfied with services at once.
A system analyzes how many guests visited zones of cash desks how many they passed to the Main hall. Also the platform gives the chance of interactive communication with guests when on the basis of the history of purchases and visits of people can receive personal offers.
| The systems of face recognition become mass. At the same time they are not limited to spheres of access control — in a case with Moskvarium our platform not only ensures safety for visitors, but also helps business to react more effectively to changes in attendance, helps to build interactive communications with audience[1].
