More than 220 partners of OFD-Ya passed to external electronic document management

On August 3, 2018 it became known that more than 220 partners of OFD-Ya passed to external electronic document management thanks to actions of Directum.

Made the decision on transition to electronic document management with partners of OFD-Ya in February, 2018. Then the company set a goal – to accelerate their connection to service of exchange. The Directum command undertook motivation of partners.

In April, 2018 the project of connection – a complex of the actions allowing to transfer quickly and effectively the client's partners to exchange in service started. It is expected that in general into Synerdocs will pass not less than 300 partners of OFD-Ya to work. Over 220 of them were already registered in service during our project. Together with OFD-Ya the Directum command held the training webinar at which representatives of service told partners of the company about advantages of exchange of electronic documents. Also on the air participants discussed issues of economy of funds for delivery and processing of correspondence upon transition to e-document flow, reduction of terms of closing of the period in settlement with the customer.

Partners of OFD-Ya also learned about pluses of service thanks to information email mailings and to phone calls. Communication was conducted both specialists of Directum, and representatives of OFD-Ya are a partner network managers. Especially for them the project team prepared information materials.

Thanks to transition to e-document flow terms of exchange of legally significant documents between OFD-Ya and partners were significantly reduced. Now closing of the period in settlement makes read minutes.
