In March, 2014 project works of completions of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product on the block of personnel records in OTP Bank started. Within the project the block of personnel records was implemented. First of all specialists of Antegra Consulting conducted examination of business processes in bank: meetings and discussions of the project were held, based on work the Technical specifications are prepared. In May, 2014 the next stage – development of the document "Preparation of the Project Solution" started. Upon completion of preparation of the project solution setup of Web servers for functioning of the web interface was carried out. The next stage – development of the "Replacement of Earlier Used System" block within which specialists of Antegra consulting implemented a large number of the completions concerning agreements, supplementary agreements, orders:

  • Setup of printed forms of orders and employment contracts was carried out. The system of numbering of agreements, reservations of numbers is created. The possibility of automatic formation of additional numbers to agreements for cases when it is necessary to create the agreement between already existing documents is implemented.
  • In a system the possibility of formation of supplementary agreements not only from the document "personnel records", but also from the employee's card is implemented. At the same time end-to-end numbering of the created documents is configured.
  • The possibility of reservation of numbers of supplementary agreements is implemented.
  • Completely specialists develop the mechanism allowing to change the put vacation days not only the documents "Acceptance" and "Personnel Transfer", but also the separate document "Purpose of the Put Vacation Days".
  • In an action card Acceptance and "Employee transfer "visual data mapping on the put holidays is customized, and in Employee transfer data as before transfer, and are displayed later. In a card of the employee it is possible to look at changes of the put vacation days with indication of a leave type, the period of providing a holiday and the number of days.
  • The separate document "Change of the Full Name" is developed. It allows to create printed form of the order and also automatically changes in the Full Name system of the employee. Besides, the document it is possible to change marital status and passport data of the employee.

Besides, within a development stage of the block of replacement of earlier used system the form of the Staff list was completely rewritten:

  • In the form of the Staff list it is possible to see regular arrangement with an opportunity to open from it the employee's card, a card of a position and to look at the salary size.
  • The mechanism of tracking of employee transfers of staff of OTP of Bank is configured. An opportunity at substitution of a rate to see who substitutes it, what terms of substitution is implemented. Besides, it is possible to trace both one employee, and a chain of employees at simultaneous employee transfer of several employees. Reports on this block are automated.

Specialists of Antegra consulting provided training of employees and prepared the user instructions. Along with it specialists of Antegra consulting were engaged in integration and data transfer in "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" from other used systems: From "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" the following data were transferred to the systems not of family 1C:

  • Structure of the company of Division, position, staff list);
  • Individuals (Personal data);
  • Employees, the taken position (up-to-date information and the forthcoming shifts);
  • Staff movements (acceptance, transfer, dismissal, release of a rate);
  • Data on dates of acceptance and dismissal of employees.

In "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" the following information is transferred from the different systems:

Information on personnel absences:

Holiday; Business trip; Sick leave note; Child care leave; Unpaid leave; Maternity leave; Educational leave.

Integration with the website in loading of questionnaires of candidates is carried out:

Candidate's Full Name;

  • Passport data;
  • Data on education;
  • Contact information (addresses, phones);
  • Information on marital status;
  • Information on relatives.

Also data from the block of personnel records were transferred to earlier developed "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" Payroll block:

  • Structure of the company;
  • Employees, personnel and personal data;
  • Staff movements;
  • General working schedules;
  • Individual working schedules;
  • Sheet.

Further the second development stage – development of The Summed-up Accounting block was carried out. With this block about 500 timekeepers will work in the web interface mode. On it user training and preparation of instructions is also provided. At the beginning of January, 2015 a system was put into trial operation. During the project in connection with very large volumes of data problems with system performance "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" appeared. As the solution of this problem on the course of the project performance measurements were taken and by their results specialists optimized the code. In "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" all required completions of functionality are implemented. In a project deliverable OTP Bank received the system of personnel records which is completely customized under the needs. 40 jobs are automated; the number of active connections – 30-40.
