ExxonMobil selected platform 3DExperience within digital transformation of the business

On August 6, 2018 the Dassault Systèmes company announced that ExxonMobil Corporation selected platform 3DExperience as Basic Element for carrying out digital transformation of business. Project implementation will provide aggregation of design data that will allow ExxonMobil to derive benefit during the work with numerous tools of the company.

For August, 2018, ExxonMobil already uses the Dassault Systèmes applications in the field of modeling of processes, materials science and planning of supply chains. Also the company will use the industry solution of Capital Facilities Information Excellence constructed based on platform 3DExperience.

Thanks to the unified digital medium the staff of ExxonMobil can work jointly in real time. Engineers and also technical and service staff will get access to a uniform source of information where difficult assets for which they bear responsibility will be described. It will allow the company to improve control of business processes and to increase performance.
