On August 7, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company reported that the office of SAMGES company in Samara is equipped with a management system for queue of NEURONIQ on 9 jobs.
According to the company, implementation of an electronic queue allowed to arrange process of reception of citizens between nine windows of service. Having addressed to office of the company, visitors can be registered in the general queue, having clicked "register in any released window", or to get in a queue on service to a certain employee. Such approach can be useful in case of the repeated address to the same operator during the day. Often after primary visit of office of the company there is a need for a while to leave for payment of a penalty, providing additional documents, etc. After the client returns to office, it will be more convenient to it to continue service at the same operator with whom he cooperated initially.
