2020: Installation more than 3300 items of equipment

Rostec is ready to scale experience of service of the intelligent transport system (ITS) of Moscow and also system implementation "The light city" in Nizhny Tagil on other regions of Russia. It became known on July 8, 2020.

The industrial director of a radio-electronic cluster of Rostec State corporation Sergey Sakhnenko reported to the vice-chairman Governments of the Russian Federation To Yury Borisov on the course of accomplishment of the government contract with TSODD on service of an intelligent transport system of Moscow. It includes for July, 2020 about 40 thousand traffic lights, 3.5 thousand motion sensors transport, 2.7 thousand cameras of the teleoverview, about fifty meteorological stations and also road boards information, systems communications and server the equipment. Servers ITS more than 10 thousand units of land transport, 120 thousand cars taxi and more than 7.5 thousand machines of car-sharing control work.

In general during operation of the contract with TsODD in Moscow more than 3300 items of equipment, made by structures of State Corporation Rostec are set. In its number photovideo fixing complexes Forcing which are capable to fix to 37 types of offenses, including not admission of pedestrians, road controllers, the traffic light equipment, multifunction complexes of video control.

Development of ITS - one of important components of work on increase in security on roads of the capital. For July, 2020 we service more than 10 thousand items of equipment and 44 thousand traffic lights. The software solutions developed by the enterprises of Rostec provide collecting, consolidation and display of the objective information about work of services and objects of a transport complex of the city. It allows to react quickly to emergency situations and to provide permanent operability of all systems. Experience with ITS of Moscow created the technology backlog and competences allowing to implement the similar systems in other regions of Russia in State corporation, – the industrial director of a radio-electronic cluster of Rostec Sergey Sakhnenko reported.

Thanks to work of ITS in Moscow death rate from road accident decreased to the level of 3.5 dead on 100 thousand people and[1] continues to decrease[2].

2018: Service contract of an intelligent transport system of Moscow

The Schwabe holding entering into Rostec received the service contract of an intelligent transport system of Moscow. On August 8, 2018 the RBC edition with reference to information on the website of state procurements reported about it.

Schwabe Moscow LLC won the tender with the starting price of 17.5 billion rubles. The company will have to ensure within five years smooth operation of the "smart" transport system, including "repair in case of emergency situations". In particular, the contractor will service sensors of monitoring of traffic flows, traffic lights, road boards, cameras of the teleoverview and a meteorological station.

Rostec will be engaged in service of "smart" roads of Moscow for 17 billion rubles

3700 sensors of monitoring of traffic flows, 2600 traffic light objects (in the capital there are about 40,000 traffic lights — for the beginning of August, 2018), 236 road boards, 2700 cameras of the teleoverview and 48 meteorological stations enter into structure of the equipment in which service "Schwabe Moscow" will be engaged.

Using sensors, cameras and monitors in Moscow reveal the most loaded and dangerous sections of a road network, inform drivers on a situation on roads. All information on a situation on roads, load of public transport and parkings accumulates that allows to manage the organization of the movement.

According to documentation of purchase, funds for service and repair of the equipment of the "smart" transport system of Moscow will be selected from the city budget for 2018-2023. Timelines for delivery of services make 1846 days from the moment of signing of the contract.

Earlier the customer — GKU "Center of the Organization of Traffic of Moscow" (TsODD) — ensured system operation itself, inviting to a part of works of contractors. RBC notes that it is one of the largest contracts for all history TsODD. The ER-Telecom holding and Federal State Unitary Enterprise SVEKO also took part in tender.  "Schwabe Moscow" will start performance of the contract in September, 2018.[3]
