Automation of work with the budget

On December 27, 2018 the Sintegro consulting developer reported that he automated work with the budget for registrar "DRAGA". The solution was implemented based on the 1C: Holding Management program.

Implementation of the block of budgeting was carried out to a short time - from August 13 to September 28, 2018. Automatic formation of the income and expenditure budget (income and expense budget) where planned targets of the budget are loaded from files of Excel, and actual expenses – from the system of accounting of Sintegro of OSBU became result. Thus, the format of the plan of the budget was saved usual to specialists of registrar and, at the same time, work with income and expense budget indicators is improved. In addition, the program allowed to carry out the plan-fact analysis of business activities of the organization for any periods of 2018. At the final stage personnel training to work with the implemented block was provided.

Optimization of financial accounting

On August 9, 2018 the Sintegro consulting company announced optimization of financial accounting for DRAGA specialized registrar according to requirements of the legislation.

According to the company, the DRAGA specialized registrar and IT vendor of Sintegro consulting in August, 2017 signed the agreement on automation of financial accounting on EPS and OSBU according to requirements of Provision of the Bank of Russia of 2/3/2016 No. 532P. As the software solution the program of integrator – Sintegro OSBU was selected. A system is designed on the basis of the 1C: Holding Management configuration.

Our choice was influenced, to some extent, by the offer of vendor to show operability of the Sintegro OSBU program on the example of our actual data. This experiment took place successfully, and for several working days, capability of reflection of transactions on EPS and formations of basic reports in a system was shown us. As it was reported, within implementation of the program formation of accounts and acts on the services which are executed on a regular basis was in addition automated. Information exchange between the Sintegro OSBU and CRM system regarding client accounts and acts and information on payment is configured.

The program is regularly updated and includes base for further creation of unified information environment for holding structures. The companies are going to continue cooperation for development of an accounting system.
