Education
In 1999, Anatoly Semenov graduated from Yakutsk State University named after M.K. Ammosov, Financial and Economic Institute with a degree in Organization Management.
In 2007 he graduated from Yakutsk State University. M.K. Ammosov, Financial and Economic Institute, graduate student, worked on his Ph.D. thesis.
Career
In 1999-2003 he worked as the head of the audit group of the department of extrabudgetary activities at Yakutsk State University named after M.K. Ammosov.
In 2003-2005 held the position of head of the department for work with public associations of the Ministry of Youth Policy of Yakutia.
In 2005-2006 worked in the Administration "October District" of Yakutsk as the first deputy head.
In 2006-2007 was Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Youth Policy of Yakutia.
In 2007-2009 He was deputy general director of the EPL Diamond group of companies.
In 2009-2012. led the executive committee of the Yakutsk local branch of the United Russia runway.
Since 2012, he headed the Yakutia Technopark as general director.
2018: Minister of Innovation, Digital Development and Infocommunication Technologies of Yakutia
In July 2018, Anatoly Semenov was appointed to the post of Minister of Digital Development and Information and Communication Technologies of Yakutia. Semenov told the regional portal News.Ykt.Ru that as minister he will continue to develop the IT industry of the republic[1]

2021: 88th place in the ranking of regional IT officials in terms of income
For the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the family income of the Minister of Innovation, Digital Development and Infocommunication Technologies of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Anatoly Semenov amounted to 4.1 million rubles. 2024: Appointment as the head of the digital transformation of Yakutia
