"The first BIT" automated work with clients in Devino Telecom

On August 9, 2018 The First BIT company announced creation of a corporate portal and implementation of the CRM system of "Bitriks24" in Devino Telecom company.

Premises and project tasks

Earlier the staff of Devino Telecom used the software product which ceased to meet to a number of requirements of the enterprise over time — there was no integration with the accounting system of 1C and also a number of functionality. The management of Devino Telecom made the decision not to finish functionality of the program — it was difficult and expensive. Therefore the task to pass to other platform was set.

The First BIT company became the contractor of the project. As the platform for a corporate portal and CRM specialists of the First BIT selected the product "Bitriks24" from edition "Enterprise". The program conforms to requirements of the Customer for performance, fault tolerance and reliability.

Project Results

The first BIT implemented the scheme of processing of customer appeals according to Devino Telecom business processes. Thanks to the created corporate portal the staff of Devino Telecom can conduct a full-fledged work with customer appeals in a support service: browse the general list of all requests, request history, to correspond with the client.

Addresses can arrive in "Bitriks24" from different channels. They are brought in a system by the manager manually or automatically — for example, from the letter.

Separately noted implementation of the reference book of SLA which automatically determines a response time on the address depending on its category. This functionality allows to organize effective work of department of technical support: construct the system of routing of requests, start accurate process of their processing and provide operational interaction of employees with clients.

Specialists of the First BIT configured in Devino Telecom business processes according to transactions: from receipt of a lead in the CRM system before signing of the contract with the client taking into account different stages. Transition to the next stage of the transaction is performed only after check of accomplishment of problems of current.

The first BIT also implemented additional tools. They allow to optimize work of Devino Telecom sales department:

  1. Cards of the client and the transaction are completely adapted for features of processes and company services.
  2. Instruments of formation of the commercial offer on the set fields and automatic calculation of cost of services.
  3. Unloading of the commercial offer in the Word format and also sending for the specified mail.
  4. Functionality of approval of the commercial offer.
  5. Creation of agreements and supplementary agreements on templates.


That information in the Bitriks24 program remained always relevant, specialists of the First BIT integrated it with the accounting system of 1C. Such integration allows to carry out between solutions data exchange about partners, contacts and agreements. Also unloading of accounts, invoices and payments from 1C in "Bitriks24" is performed.

Besides, specialists of the First BIT created a system of accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence in Devino Telecom, finished the information section of Wiki and also configured other functionality of a corporate portal and CRM system.
