2022: Ability to use pre-filled data from profile or submission history
In the parcel design service on the Russian Post website, it became possible to use pre-filled data from the profile or history of shipments. This allows you to speed up the process by an average of 30%, as well as increase the convenience of service. This was announced to the Post of Russia on July 15, 2022.
Previously, customers had to enter the same data several times at different stages of filling. Now, when authorizing on the site, the information necessary for sending is added automatically - the full name, phone number and sender's address.
Paperwork online also makes it easier for operators to work in departments. They do not enter data manually, which optimizes the process. The client only needs to hand over the parcel to the office for sending to the address. With the help of the service, more than 1,000,0000 parcels are issued monthly.
We create and improve our digital solutions so that every touch with the Mail services takes place for customers as quickly and comfortably as possible. On September 12, 2019, the Russian Post reported that the number of cities in which you can receive items with a commodity investment as part of the Parcel Online service increased by 72, and Courier Online - by 99.
The product service "Parcel Online" is designed specifically for companies Internet-trade and is a profitable way to send. Due to the low cost of sending, the tariff allows regional online stores to increase sales and compete with federal companies.

Shipments are accepted in batches, undergo priority processing in main sorting centers and are delivered to all major cities of Russia, which account for up to 70% of the e-commerce market.
The scaling of the Russian Post services for e-commerce will allow online trading companies to increase the volume of regional supplies and ensure the delivery of goods to customers at the optimal price and quality. The client service meets modern high requirements, the services are digitized - in the client's personal account you can quickly arrange the shipment and track it along the entire supply chain, |
Among the competitive advantages of the Russian Post services is the convenient and fast process of self-documenting the sending of Russian Post services through the API with the partner company's website, individual support by a business consultant, and a low tariff for declared value.
Also, the Russian Post delivers shipments to the most remote settlements of the country, and the expansion of the geography of sales allows online stores to increase product turnover by 20-30% per year.
The possibility of issuing and paying for a parcel in the Russian Post mobile application
On June 3, 2019, Russian Post announced that it is now possible to issue and pay for sending parcels in a mobile application, the active users of which as of June 2019 are over 3.5 million people. The service, previously available on the pochta.ru website, has also appeared on mobile devices.
Payment and registration of the parcel online allows you to hand it over at the post office without a queue: the client can simply transfer it to any operator. After the delivery of the shipment, it automatically appears in the list of tracked ones, and the user can monitor the process of its delivery.
To hand over a mail item without a queue, it must be issued in advance and paid for online on the official website of the Russian Post pochta.ru/parcels or through a mobile application for Android or iOS.
Then the client needs to pack the package, print and paste the form on which the tracking number is already indicated, and take it to any post office within 72 hours.
Parcels issued and paid for on the portal or in the mobile application will be accepted immediately, regardless of the number of customers in the hall - you just need to transfer the parcel to the operator.
When making a parcel, the client indicates the approximate weight of the shipment. If the weight at reception is less than the specified, part of the money will return to the card and vice versa - if the parcel turns out to be heavier, then the additional amount will be debited from the card.
After processing the shipment by an employee of the Russian Post, a receipt notification and a check will be received at the client's email address and mobile application.
If the client has a simple electronic signature, the issuance takes place according to a simplified procedure: by code from SMS or push notification, documents are not required.
As of June 2019, customers of the national postal operator throughout the country hand over more than 130 thousand issued online parcels per week. 17% of parcels customers issue online.
